Bríogh memorials concern people who have passed away. Under UK GDPR, information about deceased persons is not personal data. However, we treat all memorial content with respect and discretion.
Where a memorial contains information about living family members — for example, names of surviving children — that information is treated as personal data and protected accordingly.

Memorial content is stored on secured servers. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions.
Your data may be processed outside the EEA — specifically by Anthropic (USA) and Stripe (USA). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for these transfers in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
